ThriveWell Tech's FallSight™ Earns Silver in 2026 Senior Housing News Product of the Year Award
National recognition highlights the potential of predictive AI to help reduce falls, strengthen resident safety and support proactive care in senior living.

ThriveWell Tech, a technology solutions provider specializing in senior living and healthcare, has earned Silver in the inaugural 2026 Senior Housing News (SHN) Product of the Year Awards for its innovative FallSight™ solution.

The recognition celebrates products and technologies advancing senior living through innovation, improved care and measurable impact. For ThriveWell Tech, the award highlights an opportunity to address one of the industry's most persistent challenges: preventing falls among older adults.
A fall can change an older adult's life in an instant, affecting independence, confidence and quality of life. FallSight is designed to help change that story by giving care teams the information they need to recognize potential risks earlier and intervene before an incident occurs.
"Falls can change someone's life in an instant, and that's what drives our work," said Nick Patel, President of ThriveWell Tech. "We believe technology should help care teams anticipate challenges, make more informed decisions and ultimately improve people's lives. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the real-world problems we're working to solve. I'm incredibly proud of our team and grateful for partners like Asbury Communities who share our commitment to turning innovation into meaningful results."
Moving Fall Prevention From Reactive to Proactive
FallSight uses predictive artificial intelligence to analyze existing electronic medical record data, clinical documentation, and changes in resident conditions that may indicate an increased risk of falling.
The platform delivers daily fall-risk predictions and actionable insights, helping care teams identify emerging concerns, prioritize interventions, and personalize fall prevention strategies. By using information already available within clinical systems, FallSight is designed to support decision-making without introducing additional monitoring hardware or unnecessary complexity.
ThriveWell Tech reports promising results associated with FallSight, including up to 21% fewer resident falls and 17% fewer hospitalizations. These outcomes highlight the potential for predictive technology to support safer environments while helping older adults maintain greater independence.
Innovation Strengthened Through Collaboration
ThriveWell Tech's collaboration with senior living organizations, including Asbury Communities, plays an important role in connecting emerging technology with the everyday realities of resident care.
Asbury Communities, ThriveWell Tech's parent organization, has embraced technology-enabled approaches to resident safety as part of its broader commitment to improving quality of life and supporting care teams.
"When it comes to resident safety, even one fall prevented can make a meaningful difference in someone's life," said Doug Leidig, President and CEO of Asbury Communities. "We see tremendous value in technology that helps our teams recognize risks earlier and take action before an incident occurs. FallSight reflects the kind of practical innovation we believe can help advance care, support our associates, and give older adults greater confidence in how they live."
The collaboration also underscores the value of bringing technology developers and senior living professionals into closer alignment. Insights from care teams and operational leaders help inform how solutions are introduced, evaluated, and integrated into existing workflows.
For ThriveWell Tech, the Silver recognition is an important milestone, but the greater achievement lies in helping senior living providers translate innovation into better experiences and outcomes for older adults.
"The real measure of innovation isn't how advanced the technology is," Patel added. "It's whether it makes a meaningful difference for the people who use it and the people they care for. That's what we're focused on every day."
The inaugural Senior Housing News Product of the Year Awards recognize innovative, evidence-informed products, solutions and technologies that demonstrate real-world impact across the senior living industry.
